Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ladr platform (the “Service”), operated by Ladr Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901) (“Ladr”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Subscription and payment
Access to certain content on Ladr requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

All content on the Service is general educational information only. It does not constitute personal financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice, and is not a recommendation or offer to engage in any financial transaction. 6. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, video, and software — is owned by or licensed to Ladr Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or allow any other person to access the Service through your account;
- Copy, scrape, mirror, or otherwise reproduce content from the Service for republication or commercial purposes;
- Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, accounts, or systems;
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ladr Pty Ltd and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
