1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ladr platform (the “Service”), operated by Ladr Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901) (“Ladr”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription and payment

Access to certain content on Ladr requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, video, and software — is owned by or licensed to Ladr Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

• Share your account credentials or allow any other person to access the Service through your account;

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
